Returns and exchanges of goods are carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights.”

Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days after the Buyer receives the goods.

You may return an item within 14 days if:

  • the size does not match the one you ordered;

  • there is a defect in the clothing; or

  • there is a defect in the print.

In such cases, the return is accepted only if the product retains its original appearance and properties, including:

  • original, undamaged packaging and labels;

  • no signs of use.

Please check the item for mechanical damage, completeness, and presence of all components upon receipt of the order in the presence of the delivery service representative.

In case of defects, non-compliance of goods, or desire to return/exchange, the Buyer may contact the Seller by email at: 📩 shop@mu.edu.ua with the subject line: “Return/Exchange of goods – [order number]”.

The Buyer must attach the following to the email:

a copy (photo or scan) of the payment document (receipt) received at the time of purchase;

a copy of the delivery note or other document confirming the fact of purchase;

photos of the goods (from all sides, confirming their condition, the presence of defects or unused status).

If the right to return or exchange is confirmed, the Seller shall provide the Buyer with a written (electronic) response indicating the method and address for sending the goods.

If the order was made by mistake or duplicated (placed twice), the Buyer has the right to contact the Seller's email address within 24 hours after placing the order to cancel the order and receive a refund. The refund will be made to the Buyer's bank account within 10 (ten) calendar days from the moment the request is confirmed.

In case of a delay in the refund beyond the specified period, the Buyer has the right to demand a written explanation and the accrual of interest in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
