Voices of Women's Resilience Ukrainian Business in the Face of War – is a unique testament to the strength, invincibility and entrepreneurial determination of Ukrainian women who were forced to leave their homes due to the war and start a life and business in new communities in Ukraine and the UK. The publication reveals the ontological narratives of women who were able to transform personal tragedies and challenges into a source of development, integration and hope.
The collection offers an in-depth analysis of the personal stories of women entrepreneurs through the lens of identity formation, rethinking life goals, and the role of business as a tool for social stabilisation and adaptation. Particular attention is paid to how women find motivation, turn a crisis into an opportunity, and develop entrepreneurship that impacts host communities.
This publication is intended for scholars, teachers, researchers, students, as well as anyone interested in the topics of women's leadership, social entrepreneurship, war, adaptation and recovery in the context of post-conflict transformations.
